What are you guys doing for dinner tonight? Any plans? I'm a big fan of recipes so if you have one you love share it and I will give it a shot.

I made chicken fried rice with potstickers and Pot de Creme.

Haha, you guessed it, I went for the snacks over the sink! Pizza slices, chips, and maybe a little too much dip. Some nights just call for it!

I didn't cook today. I went to a country-style restaurant and had the special meatloaf and two sides. It was good, and I saved enough meatloaf for a sandwich tomorrow.
