Snow-like substance under car

Hi!
Has anyone noticed a white, snow-like substance under their EV while parked?
I found it in my garage, mainly between the rear wheels and near the driver’s side mirror. It doesn’t melt, and isn’t road salt (I don't have the courage to taste it, lol).
I have never seen something similar. I wonder what could be.
Gladly, I haven't noticed any issues with the car.

Hi there! The issue might be coming from moisture rising through the concrete. Even if it’s painted, the surface may not be completely sealed. Similar growth can happen on basement walls as well.

Hm... I don't believe that. It was something more like ice that was about to get melted. It is hard to describe, and I don't even know why I didn't take a picture.
