Stuck with drive connect subscriptions

Anyone else completely baffled by drive connect subscriptions? I'm hitting a wall trying to sign up. Any tips? Is there a secret to it? I'm beyond frustrated!
 
Hey, don't know what steps you took, I'd suggest grabbing your phone and pressing the help button in your Solterra. They can definitely help with the re-subscription.
 
Been there, and it was so frustrating.
I had to call the tech line support directly (not the dealer).
The online system is a mess.
If you haven't tried calling them yet, that's what finally worked for me.
