Difficulty changing Sirius stations

I’m having difficulty changing Sirius stations with the steering wheel controls. Occasionally, it won’t switch to the next favorite station. Anyone else dealing with this?

Hmm that's odd. Have you double-checked if your steering wheel controls are all mapped correctly in the settings? maybe something got mixed up in there.

make sure your SiriusXM is paid up and try resetting the whole system. If it still fails you might have to take it to the dealership and have them check for a software update or a loose wire.

It might also be a connection hiccup between the steering wheel controls and the system. Sometimes, just unplugging the car’s battery for a few minutes and plugging it back in can give the system a little reset. If that doesn't do the trick, I’d say it’s time for a dealership pit stop.
