Solterra charging issues with EVgo, any solutions?

I can’t charge my Solterra overnight at home since I live in an apartment, so I’ve been using free Level 2 chargers, but when I try the EVgo fast charger in town, I get a communication error every time. EVgo customer service couldn’t solve it, and I’m stuck with no other fast charging options nearby. Any suggestions?

Just wondering if the car's set to charge at night or something, when it's cheaper?

I haven’t set it to charge overnight, since I’m usually charging at public stations. The issue seems specific to the EVgo charger, any tips for troubleshooting that?
