My Key Fob Just Died Outta Nowhere!

I just had a scare with my Solterra's key fob. The battery died out of nowhere and totally stranded me. No warning, no heads-up - just dead.

Is it just me, or has this happened to anyone else? Definitely a reminder to keep a spare battery around, just in case!

Just replace the battery, haha!

I swapped it out, but man, it was such a nightmare at the time! I was like, "What the heck am I supposed to do now?!" Definitely stashing a spare in the glovebox from now on.

I haven’t had that issue with mine, but keeping a spare battery on hand is a good idea.

Ah yeah, keeping a spare battery available all the time is the only way to go. No warning whatsoever with the keyfob. Imagine being in an emergency and having no keyfob battery.
