This morning, my Solterra wouldn’t let me use an address I’ve used before, even after restarting the car twice. The pinned location showed my car at home, and the destination was selected from recent trips. I had the same issue when searching for a nearby business. Looks like I’ll need to take it to the dealership, though they’re usually not much help with Solterra issues. Has anyone else experienced this? Other than the digital rearview mirror problem, we haven’t had any issues. Any advice?

About the navigation, I assume you're talking about Toyota's subscription-based system. Honestly, I'm not about to pay a monthly fee just for maps, so I've been sticking with CarPlay. It works great! I'm surprised how fast Siri finds places, and it shows the directions right on the car's screen, which is perfect.

Have you tried updating the software? That might help if it's a bug. If not, I’d say try using Android Auto or CarPlay for now—way more reliable for navigation!

The question is do you still have an active subscription? If you have done those steps they provided and nothing work then call them and check if you need to settle anything.
