Toyota's profile system is supposed to automatically load driver profiles based on a smartphone or other device. Has anyone actually seen it switch profiles without using a smart key? The manual claims it should, but does it work reliably? Also, if no registered device is detected, it should load Guest Mode, has that happened for anyone? I am curious to hear if this feature is as seamless as Toyota claims.
