So my Solterra's being a real pain. Left it for a bit, then heard this weird warning beep (anyone know what that's about?), came back and now it's completely dead. The parking lights are on, the screen keeps nagging me to "press the brake and push the power switch," which I've done like a million times, but nothing. Now it's flashing "Parking Brake Unavailable." Anyone else dealt with this little nightmare?

It could be a glitch with the parking brake or electrical system. I’d recommend checking the 12V battery, if it’s low, it can cause these issues

Could be you left the car running when you hopped out last time?

The random beep and then complete shutdown points to a system error. It's likely a software issue or a drained 12V battery. The "Parking Brake Unavailable" message indicates a problem with the electronic controls. It's probably not a DIY fix. You could try a 12V battery reset by disconnecting and reconnecting the negative terminal but if that doesn;t work you'll need to tow it to the dealership. They'll need to run diagnostics and check for software updates or battery problems. Hopefully, it's just a software glitch and not a major electronic failure.

Hey, just checking in—did you get it all sorted out yet? Any luck with the reset, or did you end up having to take it to the shop?
