Passenger window alert concern

Hey everyone, I’ve noticed something odd. The app keeps prompting me that the front passenger window is open, but it’s definitely closed. Could this be a faulty sensor or a glitch with the app? I’ll admit, I’m a bit concerned after finding this forum and seeing so many reported issues. I am hoping this isn’t a sign of bigger problems. Any advice? Thanks.
 
It's probably either a bad sensor or a problem with the app and the app is more likely to blame. It's normal to worry with other reported issues but this is probably just a small problem. You should still check the window sensor and wires for damage. If the window is closed tight and the sensor looks okay it's definitely the app. Try deleting and reinstalling the app or check for updates. If it keeps happening contact the car company they might be working on a fix.
