My newly leased Solterra was just damaged by a fallen tree. Unfortunately, neither I nor my insurance can find a certified body shop in Alabama that can assess or repair these vehicles. There’s significant damage, and it might be totaled, but the adjuster is struggling to find a shop to provide an estimate. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
 
It's disappointing when a dealership can't provide even basic assistance like that. You might want to consider contacting Subaru of America directly and explaining your situation. They may be able to offer guidance or assistance in resolving this issue. I hope it helps!

Since this car was built alongside Toyota, it might be a good idea to hit up one of their service centers for an estimate. They might know it inside and out!
