anyone else having issues adjusting audio in the Solterra?

I’ve been running into a frustrating issue with the audio system in my Subaru Solterra. When playing Spotify via Bluetooth the screen randomly says "Audio paused" even though the track is still playing. I can’t adjust the volume either from the car or my phone. Happens more often when using Maps but I’m not sure if that’s just a coincidence. Tried using a USB connection but the issue still happens. Only fixes so far: Restarting my phone or waiting for it to randomly work again.

Both my phone and my passenger’s phone (Samsung, different models) have this issue, so I doubt it's the phone itself.

I’m going to mention it to the dealer next week, but has anyone else run into this? Any fixes that worked for you?

Try deleting Spotify and reinstall it. Maybe it's just a glitch.

Sounds like a software fight or a busted Bluetooth thing and the Maps connection might just be the straw that broke the camels back. USB not fixing it either? You're doing the right thing taking it to the dealer but make sure to tell 'em it's happening with multiple phones and both Bluetooth and USB. They might need to do a software update or even swap out a part.
