I’m having trouble adjusting the charge limit and autolock settings. Every time I press OK, it resets to the default rather than saving my choice, even though the car is unplugged. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes?

Yep, you’re not alone, some Solterra owners have reported settings resetting themselves. It could be a software bug, or it might be related to the 12V system not properly saving changes. If you haven’t already, try disconnecting the 12V battery for a few minutes to see if that resets the system properly. Otherwise, a dealer visit might be necessary.

I’ll try disconnecting the 12V battery as suggested. If that doesn’t work, I’ll take it to the dealer. I’ve seen a few others mention similar issues, so I’m hopeful for a fix.

That sounds like a classic software glitch. I've seen settings reset themselves on other EVs too. It's probbly a bug in the Solterra's system. Have you tried a full system reboot? Sometimes that clears out these kinds of temporary errors. I've found a hard reboot can fix a lot of weird issues. If that doesn't work, it might be worth checkng for any software updates for your Solterra. And yeah, definitely see if other Solterra owners are having the same problem.
