I kept my Solterra plugged in at work from Thursday to Saturday to see how much energy it uses for the cold and to check out the "after 3 days" thing in the manual. My remote climate control is supposed to pre-condition it on weekday mornings, but I missed the confirmation lights this morning, so I didn't know it didn't turn on (which messed up my entire morning). This is just another case of Toyota's paid services not working properly, and you can't even get any help.

Toyota’s paid services have been hit-or-miss for many. Have you checked if the app logged any errors or missed commands?

It seems like a malfunction with the remote climate control, maybe try troubleshooting the app or check for any system updates.

The remote climate control failing ruined your morning and it's a real bummer when paid features don't work. The lack of confirmation and support is just adding to the frustration. It's like paying for features that aren't fully developed. Document the problem and keep contacting customer support maybe they'll finally address it.

That’s super frustrating, especially with the reliance on paid services. Have you tried checking the vehicle's settings directly to see if anything’s off there?
