So last night, my car hit 75%, it was charging 120v. I got a notification that charging had completed, nothing unusual there. But then, at nearly the same time, I received another notification that said "multiple doors unlocked." I'm fairly certain I locked the doors earlier in the day, and I didn’t get any notification about them being left unlocked.

Has anyone else encountered this? It's odd because I’ve left the doors unlocked before and received a timely alert.

Hey Bob, did you maybe switch your Charging Connector Lock setting to "Auto Lock & Unlock" instead of just "Auto Lock"? If so, the connector will unlock automatically when charging is done; and it might even trigger the car doors to unlock too. Definitely worth a look!

Ah, that could be it! I haven’t checked the Charging Connector Lock setting, but I’ll take a look at that. Thanks for the suggestion, it makes sense that it could trigger the doors unlocking.

Thanks for letting us know! Keep us posted on how it goes.

Hi all, I figured it out. I manually locked the doors after charging, checked the app settings, and reset the system. Haven’t had the issue since
