Ugh, woke up to a bit of a shock this morning! My 2023 Solterra was at 70% last night (I didn’t plug it in or anything), and now it’s totally drained and refuses to charge.

Anyone else ever had this random battery drain happen out of nowhere? What gives?

Sounds like it could be a 12V battery issue - happened to me! I tried charging mine, but it wouldn’t hold a charge for long. After a couple of failed attempts to bring it back to life, I had to just bite the bullet and replace it. Definitely a pain, but at least it’s running smooth now!

I haven’t seen this before, but it seems like a component failure causing the battery to falsely report as flat. Let us know once you figure out the issue.

Alright, so here’s the update - turns out it was a dead auxiliary battery. Luckily, the dealer had the part on hand and swapped it out under warranty, so all is good now.. Phew! 😌
