That Drive Connect subscription is totally a nightmare, yes it is best to contact them since subaru is using this feature from toyota and syncing plus subscriptions is like a circus.

Hello guys! I am new to the forum and I would really appreciate your thoughts on this one. I have had my 2023 Solterra for almost 3 months. The problem is I was never been able to charge it to the full battery capacity as they say. It reaches only 251 miles out of 304. Anyone?
