Hi, I’ve been noticing that the charge door on my 23 Subaru Solterra doesn’t lock when the car’s locked. Kinda sketchy, right? This worries me; as it might leave the charging port open for damage or someone swiping stuff. Anybody else dealing with this or am I just totally missing a setting...

Did you try restarting your car's system or resetting the Bluetooth on your phone? That can help restoring the connection.

Ah, that could be it! I haven’t checked the Charging Connector Lock setting, but I’ll take a look at that. Thanks for the suggestion, it makes sense that it could trigger the doors unlocking.

Sounds like it could be a 12V battery issue - happened to me! I tried charging mine, but it wouldn’t hold a charge for long. After a couple of failed attempts to bring it back to life, I had to just bite the bullet and replace it. Definitely a pain, but at least it’s running smooth now!

Okay, I’ll try keeping the key fob away from the door and see if that fixes the issue

My digital key works just like a regular fob. I can walk up, unlock the car, and start the car without any problems. Is your phone fully paired with the car and linked to your driver profile?
