I can’t charge my Solterra overnight at home since I live in an apartment, so I’ve been using free Level 2 chargers, but when I try the EVgo fast charger in town, I get a communication error every time. EVgo customer service couldn’t solve it, and I’m stuck with no other fast charging options...

According to the owner’s manual, there’s a feature that automatically locks the car if it’s left unlocked for over 60 seconds and no key is detected inside. However, this doesn’t seem to be working on my car. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I thought I was the only one. So I tried to get this sorted out with Solterra Connect support before the next time change hits, but things went south pretty quickly. The support rep was having some serious tech troubles and basically told me to call back later. Hopefully, I can get through to...
