Profile fail to load

Hi!
I have this recurring issue with my car. My profile is failing to load and log in as a guest profile, as is the default option. I could use this as so, if it would be working, but it plays with my audio settings, radio frequencies, and satellite radio access. And to be hones, I don't like it. If I can't fix this issue, I am thinking about selling the car. Any thoughts, please? What could be the cause?

Try waiting a few seconds after turning on the ignition and before shifting into gear. I have heard that this issue might be related to the fact of starting to drive too soon. I guess the system needs more time to load properly. I don't know if this is how it should work, but at least it could be a window of making things work before deciding to sell the car.
 
You can try these steps: reset the infotainment system, check for software updates, delete and recreate your profile, or clear cache/settings.
 
It could be a software glitch or an issue with your profile settings. Try resetting the system or checking for updates. If it continues, contacting the dealer for a fix might be your best bet before considering selling.
