Solterra Tire Issue and Dealer Resolution

So I just picked up my brand new Solterra, but right away I started noticing this strange bounce in the rear. Like, what the heck? After a little digging, I found out all four tires had flat spots from sitting in storage for way too long. Total bummer.

But shoutout to my dealer -- no fuss, no arguments, nothing, they just swapped out all four tires like it was no big deal. Big win there!

Anyone else had wierd issues with their new EVs or had an awesome dealer experience? Just curious!
 
When I picked up my new EV, I noticed some odd squeaks in the suspension. Turns out the dealership missed a couple of loose bolts during the pre-delivery inspection. They handled it quickly. It's great when dealers step up like that you know.
 
Big shoutout to your dealer! Not all dealerships provide that level of service, so it's great to hear when one goes above and beyond.
