My Solterra's infotainment system is a total mess! It keeps disconnecting and going into guest mode. The nav system is useless, and there's this stupid ad that won't go away.

Does anyone know how to fix this crap?

Trust me, you are not alone in this. Many drivers complained about this (me included). I am still waiting for support's response.
 
Have you tried checking for software updates or resetting the infotainment system? That might help with the connectivity and ad issues.
