Volume Control Not Working in Solterra

I’ve been running into a strange issue with my Solterra. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. I find myself unable to adjust the volume, whether it’s through the steering wheel controls, the dash knob, or even on a connected phone. Nothing seems to work!

I’ve been able to fix it so far is to pull over, turn off the car completely, and restart it. While this workaround does the trick, it’s not exactly ideal, especially mid-drive.

I’m curious if this is a software glitch or something that needs dealership attention.
 
I've gone through that issue before. To fix it, just hit the Siri button on your steering wheel to wake her up, let it pop up for a sec, and once it disappears, the volume should start working again. It’s a quick little reset that usually sorts it out!
 
I run into this all the time, especially when I'm using CarPlay. To reset things, I just hit the power button, right between the volume buttons on the screen. A simple off and on usually does the trick for me.
